Haiti - Justice : Former Deputy Bélizaire faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison

Wednesday, the examining magistrate Annie Fignolé in charge of the file of the former Deputy Arnel Bélizaire rendered his order, sending Bélizaire and his two accomplices to the criminal court to be tried confirmed Jacques Lafontant, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince, who as a prosecuting authority does not intend to appeal the decision of the investigating judge.
